• These Terms apply to your use of PestPod tools as a pest control technician. By using our app, reminders, or dashboard, you agree.

1. Services - We provide route reminders, confirmations, and basic tracking. No guarantees on data accuracy—double-check everything yourself.

2. Access & Use - You’re responsible for your login, data entry, and any phone charges. We don’t own your routes or clients—just the tool.

3. Liability - We’re not liable if a reminder fails, a station’s missed, or you get in hot water with your boss. Max liability: what you paid (if anything).

4. Privacy - We keep your route data private—don’t sell it. See Privacy Policy.

5. Changes - We update these anytime—check back.
