This policy describes how Neutrino Productions LLC doing business as PestPod (“PestPod,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use pestpod.ai or receive PestPod Appointment Alerts. Information we collect
When a technician creates an account we collect name, email, phone number, billing details handled by our payment processor, and the customer lists the technician uploads (customer name, mobile number, service address, and next service date).
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from PestPod, we collect:
Phone number, required for messaging
First and last name, used so the reminder names the right person
Email address, if you provide one
The date, method, and wording of your consent
This information is collected solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive and to maintain a record of your consent. We retain it for as long as you remain opted in, plus a reasonable period afterward to respond to support requests or comply with legal record-keeping requirements.
We also collect ordinary usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies to keep a session and remember a cart. You can refuse cookies in your browser.
How we use it
We use technician data to run the account, bill the subscription, and send the reminders that technician asked us to send. We use a customer’s mobile number only for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, reschedule notices, and service-day messages. We do not use that number for marketing or promotional messages.
SMS and mobile opt-in data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
This policy also covers text messages sent through PestPod on behalf of independent pest control technicians who use PestPod, such as Blain. Your consent applies only to the technician you signed up with and to PestPod as the platform that sends their messages. It is never passed to anyone else.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Those providers are Twilio, which delivers the texts, and the payment processor that bills technician subscriptions. They process data only to provide the service.
Opt-out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. To opt out by other means, or if you have questions about opting out, contact us at support@pestpod.ai or 504-732-0822.
Data security
We protect user information through encryption in transit (TLS / HTTPS), access controls limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, and secure processors including Twilio for SMS delivery and our payment processor for subscriptions. No system is perfectly secure.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, if the law requires it, or if you ask us to. Customer lists uploaded by a technician stay with that technician’s account. We do not sell routes or phone numbers.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end texts. Email support@pestpod.ai to access, correct, or delete account information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
